First off if anyone is mean to you they are an a*** hole. If you don't look like you are 190 than don't worry about. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and you are on the taller side which evens things out. If you still have an issue with your weight try doing cardio five days a week to slim down.
Hope that helps:)

Rejoice! On that picture and your height alone I'd estimate you to be around 145-150. If people ask how much you weigh, you could get away with fudging the numbers. If you have no problem with it, than proudly tell people you weight. Just be happy that you don't look anything near 200 lbs. What else is there TO do?

Do nothing. You are one of the fortunate ones. The alternative is to see yourself as weighing more than you actually do.
Forget the numbers. It sounds like your are comfortable in your own skin. Never allow anyone to take that away from you.
Please do not send a link to your picture to anyone. There is no reason for it, and it will likely attract attention of those who do not have your best interests in mind.

My advise to you is to Walk, run, jog, jump robe, cycle. All these on an empty stomach in the morning because the stored carbs in your muscles from over night will be breaking and being used when you exercise in the morning. Do not lift weight until you lose at least 10 LBS. Eat no more than 1200 Calorie a day. And you will be just fine and lose the fat. Patience is important as well.

Weighing more than you look like you weigh is usually a good thing. I'm 5'3 and used to weigh 140 lbs but people claimed I looked 120 or less. Maybe its because I'm short or they just can't judge weight or they were PROBABLY just being nice/sucking up.
I don't see the problem with weighing more than you look, you're pretty tall (from my perspective). If you don't like weighing/looking that much then try to lose weight..

215 is exceptionally massive for somebody 5'9. you will possibly no longer have a "lazy" seem, and you're able to look somewhat healthful - yet once you at the instant are not full of muscle - you likely are donning extra weight. My handle it is which you likely loiter around with some very fat human beings, and experience fairly healthful. attempt putting around healthful human beings, and perchance your perspective will exchange.

don't kid yourself. I'm not going to call you any names but you are going to have to take charge of eating right and exercising. Don't be satisfied with being 190lbs even if you think you weigh more than you look. Are you going to be saying the same thing at 200lbs? 210lbs? Doing nothing now is only going to lead to trouble later.
Get a diet buddy and go looking for information. Don't go looking for magic pills or space age devices. Get information. Keep track of what you eat, count calories. Figure out what your body needs to maintain your weight. Now cut 500 calories. Cut the chips, the soda, the candy. Your diet buddy can be your conscience. You will slip but don't let it stop you. Now get outside and move. Run, walk, dance, anything that will get you moving. Do it everyday. Again your diet buddy will keep you honest and you will keep your diet buddy honest. I'm not going to tell you what you should weigh but you should not be satisfied with what you are at your age.
