Here's a few...
I used Inc. and LLC after each randomly, to give you an idea of how the company name would sound.

Advanced Investigative Services, Inc.
Super Snooper, Inc.
Check Your Mate, LLC
Dirt Diggers, Inc.
Fine Tooth Comb, Inc.
Under Cover Knights, Inc
Discovery Investigations, Inc
Deep Cover to Catch Your Lover, LLC
InfoMaven, Inc
Domestic CounterIntelligence, LLC
A to Z Investigations, Inc.
Don't Be A Victim, Inc.
Say I Knew, Before You Say I Do, LLC

It really depends on what type of investigations you're going to specialize in.

Good luck with your new business.

Well - most states make a fuss about having a fictitious name as a PI, like you have to have it approved, etc. I think you should use your name and build your community connections on your name, just like an attorney.

Make sure you check into your state's specific rules regarding fictitious names so you don't get in trouble. Investigation is a competitive business, and there are people out there that will burn you on it if you do it wrong.
