Some Shia Muslims believe in the return of Mohammed or the 'Twelfth Imam', which will bring about the apocalypse. These are not mainstream views, so you could probably call them a cult.
There are many many minor apocalyptic Islamic cults. Some of them are pretty close in nature to the Christian cults, like you said.

I can't hardly read what you wrote...but from what i get out of it you think Christian or an occult and you want to know the same as Islam.....I am a Christian I am not in a cult, my church does not tell me what to do, I do not pay them money to keep a cult going we have no one that is forcing us to do things we don't want to do.....so you have your information wrong on Christians...as far a Islam...I know nothing of their ways...Maybe you need to read the Bible and the Koran and find out for yourself if we are cults...how hard would that be for you...

they do believe in the return of Christ...but i don't think they have "cults" for the end times like in Christianity because in Islamic countries they don't have freedom of religion...
