You pray to satan about your lottery works but not to God because he will not allow you. You should gain wealth or money through your hardship and from your own sacrifice and not on easy and instant way of having it. Gambling is prohibited by God.

First, make sure you buy a ticket. Secondly, you don't know for sure if He hasn't decided to let you win the lottery, it just may be in the future. Patience.

Because playing the lottery is gambling and gambling is a sin. Pay off your debts and give the Lord His tithes and THEN you will see His blessing!
