I don't think, I know. There is a region in Pakistan that borders Afghanistan. It's essentially autonomous with the Pakistani military even staying out. The Taliban operates out of there and there are members of AQ in the region as well.

I would suggest we look in the USA. Lets not forget the Bush's are close friends with the Bin Ladens.
