I am pretty sure what the above answers are trying to say is that you have a leak in the transmission cooler lines that go to the radiator. If you get under there and look, the steel lines from the transmission, go to rubber hoses near the radiator using quick disconnects that have o'rings in them. The leak is either at these disconnects or where they screw into the water to oil cooler inside the radiator.
Until you have time to get this fixed, PLEASE CHECK THE TRANSMISSION LEVEL EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Low fluid WILL damage your transmission quickly.
Good Luck
You know, ....if the transmission fluid is not low..have you checked your power steering fluid lately? While normally power steering fluid is clear, in a pinch you can and some service stations will use transmission fluid. This is basically Ok, but now the fluid will be red...just a thought.
Now one more stretch..is it antifreeze? Some of the newer long life...not all,,,but are red.

Your jeep most likely has a tranny cooler which one of the lines has failed up front. The jeep has an auxilliary external transmission fluid cooler, which is located in front of the radiator, and looks like a smaller radiator. Those connections are prone to failure. Mine has failed twice in 5 years, mainly due to stress offroad. Have it repaired as soon as possible or eventually all the fluid will leak out of the transmission and you'll have an expensive repair bill.

FIRST 365 days for OBD-II Oxygen sensors value $280, the area the older ones are $30 189,000 is fantastically severe for a jeep! And gasoline isnt going to stay down this low for long! assume to get 14-17 mpg on the city with this, and probably 24 on all highway utilising. look in craigslist and purchase from a private social gathering

yes, it is probably leaking where the rubber lines attach to the metal lines. Mine does the same thing. Usually a couple of new hose clamps and trim the ends of the rubber line and reattach should fix the problem. Now if I would just do that to mine........lol
It could also be on the radiator end as well

you have a leaking coolant line
if you drive it too long with it leaking, it will get low on fluid and burn the tranny up
