genetics or high heels

There is some really serious bone lengthening surgery available but it's a pretty drastic step.

Reality is that you get your height from mom and dad through your genes and unless you have a health problem - that's the height you'll be.

You can worry over it but that won't help any. The better approach is to accept and and worry over the things that you are able to change. ☺

Depending on your age. If still under 18, then a calcium diet will help as your body is still growing and it would require calcium for the formation of bones. After that age calcium just builds up as excess deposits and makes your joints sore. If you really want to feel tall, get short friends. Then they will look up to you.

Lying with your feet higher than your head on a slant board or inversion table can help elongate your spine....we lose an inch or two of height to compression of our bones by gravity, so using gravity in the opposite direction for a half hour or so a day can actually buy you a little height. (Not much though...maybe an inch or a little more, tops)

Genes. Height is genetic. Nothing you can do or take to make you taller.
