This is ridiculous. There's shouldn't be weigh-ins in cheerleading.

That's really unhealthy.
You don't want to be labled as one of those anorexic cheerleaders, do you?
How old are you? Because if you're over like 13 90 pounds is wayyyy to thin.
103 pounds is perfect. But if you do want to lose some weight, just lose like 3 pounds.

What kind of cheerleading group requires you to weigh 90 pounds that is very unhealthy. But, no, you can't lose that much weight in a healthy matter.

Well all you really need to do is pump up your water intake to 70-80 ounces a day, spreading it evenly throughout the days.
When you first wake up, drink 8 ounces of hot water with the juice of half a lemon. This is great for cleansing your system.
Eat breakfast everyday. Oatmeal (no sugar, just a little skim milk) with a banana is good. Or two egg whites and one egg scrambled or however you like it. You can add turkey or ham sliced to it.
Lunch- salad (spinach and lettace with cucumbers or anything you like) with grilled chicken, light balsamic vinegrette or apple cider vinagar as your dressing, and some feta cheese if you like. Also you can crunch up a Wasa cracker if you want some crunch.
4 pm- have either a piece of fruit, Or Dannon light and fit yogurt with some almonds in it.
Dinner- Have some meat/fish, tomatos, green beans or brocolli, salad if you like. and some fruit.
Dont eat past 7:30
Exercise- Either do 30 minutes at 3.5 with a 5 incline on the tredmil, or if you have no tredmil, then you can just jog up and down the steps for 20-30 minutes. (everyday)

The fast way to do this is to do a strict low carb Dr. Atkins diet. Less than 20 carbohydrates for at least 2 weeks. You will drop 10 pounds in the first week. However, note that you will be lacking energy and be very tired for these first two weeks as your body adjusts to feeding off it's own fat. Basically, with less than 20 carbs in your body you body goes into what is called ketosis (different than diabetic ketoacidosis) therefore your body uses produces more ketones. When this happens, your body feeds off of fat as fuel rather than carbs. Also, no caffeine. You cat eat as much as fat and calories as you want just keep your carbs down. You basically eat nothing processed, no sugar, pure protein (like meat) and just lettuce. Plus, ketones are natural appetite suppressants so you are never hungry.
Good luck however at your weight, I think you are too small already.

Its impossible, sorry. At most you should lose about 2 pounds a week. 10 pounds will only happen if you are very obese.
Start changing your normal diet to about 500 calories less and incorporate exercising into your daily schedule.
