good question. Usually if the guy's ugly and repulsive he's a woman hater and I'm usually right. It's Satan playing God. So no.

I asume you ment thought and not though. You would never see the person as ugly or repulsive. That is obvious when you look at married couples you may not think any of them are attractive but to each other they find each other very attractive. That is why everyone looks different and we are not all the same I'm not going to think everyone you think is attractive...good looking.

HUH? It wouldn't be God's will for a person to marry against their will. People are free to use their judgment and agency to act.

Marriage is hard enough. Why add repulsion to it? That's NOT God's will.

Of course! But first I would pray that He would change my perception so that I could see the person as God sees him--as a beautiful human being!

I actually do know someone who truly believed God wanted them to marry someone they weren't attracted to in the slightest bit at the time. She cried herself to sleep when she figured that out! But in time she grew to love the man, they dated and by the time he popped the question her will had caught up to God's. They now have been happily married 25 years and have 3 wonderful daughters and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

You would not fall in love with someone that you thought was repulsive. Ugly is inside, not outside.
Your question is illogical.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder. God is not going to match me up with someone that I think is repulsive. He knows my heart and His will is for me to be content.

I once had a devote christian man tell me "God spoke to me in a dream and told me I have to marry you, it's god's will." He then grabbed my arm and tried to hold me against my will while telling me over and over "It's gods will."

After I pepper sprayed him I got a restraining order.. While he was not physically repulsive he was obviously delusional and nuts..

Yes, I will.

If it is God's will, and we follow His will with all our hearts, then why do you suppose He would want to make things difficult for us? I believe, if we ask Him, God will give us a heart to love our spouse and at least in our sight the ugly duckling would turn into the most beautiful swan.

With God everything is possible,
Andrew

I don't know exactly how to say this, but it would not be His will for me to marry someone I wouldn't find attractive. He doesn't do that to the ones He loves.

Haha, LOL. I did! It was the best thing I ever did. He's my best friend. Not so pretty on the outside, but on the inside he is a diamond!
