He probably has a sensitivity to sulfurous foods like broccoli too. Many people do, but it can be overcome.

In this case, it's worth it because eggs are one of the most complete and easily digestible sources of protein available.

Eggs are also a good source of natural choline and other vital nutrients, but some wish to avoid their fat and cholesterol profile (which is not really so bad) and of course, the smell.

In this case, there are egg protein (egg white) products on the market that provide the benefits of eggs in a form that can be incorporated into prepared foods without those drawbacks.

Whey protein is cheaper, but it might be worth looking into your brother's potential allergies before doing a hard sell on either of these protein sources.

In the meantime, I like Boo's French toast suggestion and the many desserts and confections made with eggs as a way of introducing him to the taste in a most palatable way.

People don't NEED to eat eggs to be healthy, and if you force him to eat them he'll probably never grow a taste for them. The more you push kids, the harder they push back. Try giving him protein through beans, brown rice with low-sodium sauce (beans and rice are actually a complete protein), chicken, fish, meat, and milk or yogurt or cheese. Just make sure he doesn't miss out on the vitamin E he'll miss by not eating the eggs. But yeah, there are a ton of other inexpensive healthy protein sources.

I hate eggs too... But there's SO many ways to prepare them- there's BOUND to be ONE he'll tolerate! Failing THAT, keep him supplied with his favorite Nuts. I'm a fan of Pistachios, & dry roasted peanuts, but whatever HE likes- would be a healthfull substitute for the eggs he won't eat. As long as he has a good appetite & is healthy- his "skinniness" is of no concern. :)

Why does it have to be eggs? There are plenty of ways to get protein. How about a steak or a pork chop or some fish?

Tell him if he doesn't eat the eggs he'll be a skinny twig for the rest of his life and no girls will ever like him. make him fear being skinny.

He may be allergic to them. That may be his bodies way of telling him not to eat them.
