It just seems like one more thing to do in the day. I can't ever get excited to do it, or even enjoy it.
I'm 5'8 and 120 pounds, so I'm not doing it to lose weight, just to tone... so weight isn't a motivation.

Help?!?

Exercising isn't just about feeling like you have to "exercise" - you can dance or swim or find anything that you like to do......

IF you enjoy what you're doing - you'll find that you want to do it more often......which will help keep you motivated!

Find a fun sport that you really like to play. I hate working out with a passion, but when I play tennis with my mom, or badminton with my friends, I don't feel like I'm working out at all.

Maybe your workouts are boring and no fun? Find something new to do for a workout. I dance. I can't wait to dance again, every day.

change your work outs. do a different workout everytime.
