God the Father in Jesus' most Holy name!

They are the same thing -- Jesus wants only what the Father wants:

John 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Jesus is saying in this passage that He is completely dependent upon the will of the Father. So I suppose you could say that we are asking that the Father's will be done, but in reality, it's the same thing as what the Son wants.

I believe God The Father and Jesus are really one.
So if it is God's will, it is automatically the will of Jesus too.

Technically speaking; it depends on that person at that time; but I presently would think of it as Jesus and God the Father as separate individuals acting as one.
