I have looked every where in my city and nobody sells coroplast. Is there something i can substitute for it that is not too expensive?

Chances are, you are just looking in the wrong places. If there are signs (like political yard signs or business signs), then someone has coroplast. Sign makers are the people who you should be calling. Sometimes, they don't want to sell you sheets b.c they think you are going to print your own signs and take their business. So you tell them what you will be using it for. You will get looked at funny, but they will feel better about selling it to you.

You can use linoleum like Buzzare told you. My very first C&C cage was made with it. It was very flimsy and I did not like it at all. It is also harder to measure and cut.

You can order it as another post suggested. Alternatively Linoleum will work, be aware that it is not as strong as coroplast and the guinea pigs are not allowed to chew on it. Have a look at the following site, scroll down to the very bottom:
