I'm about to get braids with Wet n Wavy human hair so how I can I get it wavy? Should I buy something or should I just but water on it? I've heard water doesn't work too well so I'm looking for something that will. Thanks.

I just had some braids using wet and wavy, and when i used water it got wavy-ish, but the i used some water and olive oil mixture and it made the hair extreamly wavy. so it just depends how wavy you want it.

This is the answer to your question. I have wet and wavy braids and I love them. They are almost 2 mos old and look as good as the first day I got them without the pain(smile).
This is what u do.
Plait your wet and wavy hair into 3 or 4 plaits , take a tall microwaveable cup preferably with a handle on it and have a small towel ready. Fill the cup with water and heat it until hot.
Fully dip each braid into the water until u think the water has saturated the plait. Take the plait out and wrap the towel around it squeezing the water out. Do this with each plait
when you are finish with them all you will be pleasantly suprised. Now undo your plaits. Make sure you don't tangle them. I spray with African Royale not African Pride braid spray after I do this. I do my scalp real good and then spray the hair. You will notice that this product makes your wet and wavy soft and it hangs beautifully. PS that hot water seals the hair . If you need help taking care of it let me know and I will tell you the best way to wash it so that it always looks new even as it is growing. My way your hair will be healthy and grow a mile long with braids .

they have human hair with many different textures...ive seen curly hair, and different varieties of wavy hair...maybe u should look 4 something that already has the texture u want...my sis bought the shirley temple looking hair, and the braider used that to put in her hair, and it was automatically curly when braided...if u use hair thats straighter than that, after u have ur hair braided, maybe they could make sections of big braids and dip each into boiling water, and then unbraid the bulky braids...i had that technique done years ago...

you can try a spray-on conditioner. The way wet and wavy hair is suppose to work is the wetter it gets the more the wave or curl is supposed to kick in. So, basically, any curl enhancing spray will work and the curl enhancer has a bit of hold to it, locking the curl or wave in...

You can put hot water in it, or the best thing to use is mousse any kind will work. A mouse is a foam like gel that help curl the hair and keep it up.
