The Talking Donkey (i'd say this takes the cake)

"And when the *** saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the *** with a staff. And the LORD opened the mouth of the ***, and she said unto Balaam, 'What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times?' And Balaam said unto the ***, 'Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.' And the *** said unto Balaam, 'Am not I thine ***, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee?' And he said, 'Nay.'" (Numbers 22:27-30)

Here we have, as absurd as it may seem, a talking donkey. If we came across a talking animal, would we not feel amazed? Yet, oddly, Balaam here seems not the least bit concerned and converses with the *** as if nothing unusual had happened!

Given that millions of fundamentalists believe every world in the Bible, they would have us also believe that the Bible has its own version of Mr. Ed.

Notice that Balaam's cruel behavior to the donkey seems to have mimicked God's jealous behavior towards His people. Yet God responds to Balaam: "thy way is perverse before me." (Num. 22:32)

"If the bible had said that Jonah swallowed the whale, I would believe it."

Correction: It was written by human beings under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Are there omissions? Of course! It's a single volume, not the Library of Congress! As to inaccuracies and contracictions, while I have seen typos and other such meaningless errors, I do not believe there are any substantial errors or contradictions in it. Those who see such things are merely unable to read the Bible with true understanding.

The whole of the Goat herders' Guide to the Galaxy is an inaccuracy; the omissions are those books left on the floor after Constantine's lads got through with putting it together in the late 300s; the contradictions?
See the site below. There’re a few.

Of course there are. The New Testament wasn't codified until 400 years after Christ. The only part of that New Testament which was written in a contemporary fashion was the Epistles.
The really sad part is that there are modern day "evangelists" interpreting those books in the New Testament who couldn't find any part of Judea on the map or are totally unfamiliar with the Hebrew names of some of the apostles.

My point is there are definitely deviations (see my profile) between the 'Holy Bible' in USA presently and scripture.

One of a few; is the 'index' which i.e. defines old testament as Genesis-Malachi, whereas the scriptural old testament is the law of Moses (2 Cor. 3:13-14 KJV; old testament a synonym).

Nothing of any importance. Certainly nothing to compare to the answers to just this one question; pretty awesome after 5,000 years or so. It is not surprising those whose God can not make a donkey talk do not believe in him; he is not God. There is only one God, and he can make a donkey talk, part the red sea, and make manna fall from heaven -- and that only occupied him for a short time.

"Know this first of all, that there is no prophecy of scripture that is a matter of personal interpretation, for no prophecy ever came through human will; but rather human beings moved by the holy Spirit spoke under the influence of God." 2 Peter 21-22

Of course there are. One example, in the NT it says the devil brought Jesus to the top of the mountain where he could see all the kingdoms of the earth.

There is no where on the earth, even if you placed an artificial mountain or tower where you could see all the populated continents. Because the earth is round, you can't see more than half of it at any one time. The NT claim is absolute baloney.
