All points are based on the total calories, total fat gms, and total fiber grms, in whatever amount of an individual food you eat. So without the nutritional information and the amount you ate, no one can tell you.

Once you have the above information it's just a simple thing for you to calculate the points for yourself - assuming you have purchased the materials.

Yes. You can also use plain yogurt. You can mix ranch dressing mix into either of these and put them on chicken to bake also and then serve on or with salad. Try it and you will see. Mix a small amount to get to know how much to use. I do it all the time.

don't know but it is loaded with fat. I'd avoid it.
