When you shower or bathe, scrub the scab off and apply neosporin ointment. Continue this until the sore is healed.

The body needs to heal it for you.
Clean the wound immediately with clean water or saline from a first aid kit. DONT use any anticeptics, this will slow the healing time down. Once cleaned, cover it with a bandaid or piece of glad wrap so it can't get germs on it. Keep it covered.
Depending on the size of the scab and where it is, it could take a few days.

If you buy a small bottle of "Grapefruit Seed Extract" and dab very small quntities on the scab, as many times/day as you want....it will heal quick. You can buy it at any natural health food store. In Canada its $30/bottle and lasts me all year. Just look up the uses of it online. Its the best!

No, you don't scrub the scab off. It's there for a reason. Keep it covered & moist with Polysporin.
