depends on your body build. I'm 5'3" too, but i'm 150lbs and a size 6 in pants. lol I have a lot of muscle.. i'm also in the army. But if i was skin and bones with zero body fat.. i'd be 115lbs. And at 130 i'd only have about 12% body fat. So you have to kind of know your body type and what's good for your body build. I have big shoulders for a female, birthing hips, a big chest, and big bones. But for somebody with a small build like Jessica Simpson(who is also 5'3") she looks really good at 115. But for compromises.. the army standard says that females who are 5'3" should weigh between 100 and 140lbs with under 30% body fat. So i'd just go by body fat if i were you... that's what i have to do because i have too much muscle.. which always weighs more than fat. But i'm sure it'd look good on just about any female 5'3"

No it's not. A person of 5'3" should be between 104 and 141 pounds.

It falls within the normal BMI .... a little on the high side but still well within normal.
