that really does sound good, but why 369 degrees? do you put the butter on the chicken or just in the pan your cooking it in? I'm always looking for new ways. l usually just spray the chicken with spray margarine, salt, pepper and paprika. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer, if the breast l make a simple filling and put under the chicken and put the same as above on it and bake the same way.

There are 100's of recipes for baked chicken, 2 of my children's favorites are, 1) brush chicken pieces with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper and any spice you might like, place on a rack ( that fits into a pan) and bake skin side up for 1 hour at 350. 2) dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then drop into a bag of crushed potato chips, shake to coat, place on rack (fits into pan) and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I take rosemary sprigs and extra virgin olive oil and blend it in my blender and then pour it over a whole chicken and bake at 375 for about an hour or so. My grand daughter said it was the best chicken she had ever had. Oh yes, salt and pepper to taste.

mine is BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
take skinless, boneless chicken breast and wash them. dip them in a bowl of milk and egg batter and then in a bowl of parmesan cheese. place in a pan and bake! yummy. usually on about 350 for 30 to 45 min. different for different stoves. you can also add a special tomato sauce over it the last couple of min before taking it out of oven.

I agree with kay kay, but I really prefer it barbequed at home on a grill. When I eat it, which is rare. And with plenty of "guilt" dumped on it. From me.
