Why would you need your own section? if an Atheist is by definition someone who denies the existence of God then why would you need your own section.
Would it be a section where you can exercise your Anti-Christian Hate Speech. I mean really, anything else you would need to talk about can be summed up in the other sections. It's like a lot of you atheists on here have this burning desire to argue with and Hate on Christians.
If your so against religion...why do you need a forum to dicuss it for or against?

There is a difference between not believing in something and being anti (against) something.
There are other aspects to spirituality that don't involve a belief in a supernatural being. Don't define it too narrowly.

well, not exactly like being in a parenting section when you don't have kids. Remember your president, you know, Bush, who has run the country and has affected laws using his christian beliefs? Yes, that one. He is affecting my life on a daily basis and so are the prosetylizing christians that knock on my day everyday and the fundies who don't want my kids to learn about evolution in their school. In many ways christians try to apply their christian beliefs to everyone and decide for me how i should live my life based on their beliefs. It is up to me to a halt to that.

Most atheists only with to be accepted for their beliefs (or non-beliefs) without getting all kinds of snarky or demeaning comments.
They end up here because they have to defend themselves against numerous scurrilous attacks that "loving Christians" seem to post here

anti-religion and anti-spiritually are rhetorical contradictions. everyone believes in something.
christians with Jesus or even atheist that Evolution is the way they came to be.
no one was there to witness human creation, thus we all have "faith" in whatever we believe was fact.

That would be because Atheism is a religion to, we just believe that there is nothing up there to believe in. Why don't they have anti-Thor, anti-Zeus, anti-Ra, etc sections for Christians?

Some come here, trying to be funny....or to mock Christan's...unaware that every word out of their mouth, will be brought back to condemn them on Judgment Day. God doesn't send anyone to Hell, they send themselves...they might think twice if they could understand that.
Some come here, because like all of us, they feel that drawing of God, and they don't quite know what it is yet..They are seeking and searching for the truth...Some agnostics,,like me....will find him,,,,,sadly some will fall off that fence they walk and land on the other side....
There are only two choices...you are a child of Almighty God....or you choose to be a child of the god of this world...Satan.......the bible says you have two choices,,,you can't straddle the fence....the agnostics suffers the same fate as the atheist.....make you your mind....Today is the Day of Salvation for one of you...which one? Is it you?

Why separate them. If they are curious then they're curious. Plus, it's fun to answer their questions. Hey, if they wanna listen they will ... if they don't well, at least you strenghtened your own faith. Unless, you can't find the answer in there; which turns out great too, 'cause it will eat you up until someone tells you something that satisfies it.
