You are some what on the right path. Search out the Vandaburgs, Rockafellers, Skull and Bones. Rothchilds. They Createated the Federal Reserve who with FDR started the Social Sercurity fund and told people to turn in there gold and silver in exchange for Federal Reserve Notes. People did what they asked them to do because most of the people back then remember the great depresion and want the sercuity of some type of income when they got to old to work. Thats when they added the 14th amenment to make every state in the USA reconizes the black's Federal citizenship but at the same time they took the States Citizenships right's from the white also. The only way to get them back is make a State Citizenship Affidavit and Domicile and get it notaryrize and take to the county recorders office and get it recorded throuh the county Probate Court. Don't know where you got the 13 from but it does appear to be true that a relatively small unelected group maintains a wide range of control.

However the idea of a New World Order being the goal of this group is nonsense. The secret of their success is to quietly pull the strings whilst staying out of the limelight. Causing a NWO would make them visible - the last thing a secret society would want!

No the goal is stability and no fundamental change and as long as they can keep the world on a relatively even keel I say let them get on with it!
