What percent do you think are just skum bags

Couldn't put a number on this that would be an unjust assumption. I do believe however good people out number the bad here by far.

Why be so negative? There are allot of people who have never had a chance to be raised in a good environment. Since you have such keen observation , you should try and help these "skum bags" as you call them be better people. Pick out one and start one at a time.
That's what someone done to this "skum bag" and it worked. Now I even love those I don't even know.
Better yet I love those who hate me.
None of us really are skum bags, we all just need Jesus.
