how do i pass a drug screen for thc and not get a diluted result?

i stopped smoking on july 28 and i have a test mon or tues not sure if its urine or swab

only way to pass it is not to do it!!!! DUH!!!!!!!!!

You won't pass; THC can be detected up to 30 days after use.

Lots of exercise, and drink alot of water.
