Other than trapping the cat and taking it to the vet, there isn't much you can do. The larva will eventually fall out, and hopefully the wound will not become infected. If the vet can give you antibiotics that is good, but antibiotics are prescription drugs and it is illegal to dispense them without seeing the pet.

If possible you really need to remove it. Can you muzzle the cat? Some cats and squirrels can go on to live once it hatches (we call them warblers) but some will die from the warbler sucking all the nutrition from the animal or causing an infection. It will eventually hatch and come out but it may be too late for the cat by then. I would muzzle the cat and remove it asap.

Believe it or not, My cat Gidget has a place on the left side of her neck right now. She has had them on her back, she is an outside cat, the place will become infected most likely. My vet put her on 30 days of 500mg Amoxicillin, 2x a day last time. this time, I am not sure her appointment isn't until next monday. You might have a nasty infection on board if you dont get it checked. The cat can die. What does it look like?

It needs to be removed or it will burrow deeper in and hurt the cat even more. I don't know all the details about them but I do know it needs to be removed.

I think you should definitely take this cat to a vet.
