On the contrary, its usually better that way, because vitamins work together, as long as you don't overdose on one kind in the mix. Read up on it instead of guesses and "feelings" from people who don't know. The best book you can get on it, very packed with concise, yet thorough information, and very efficient to read, "Nutrition Almanac" by Lavon J. Dunne ,

That depends on what kind of vitamins. Water soluble vitamins, if taken in excess would be excreted so you wouldn't have much problems there except for the fact that you're taking something that isn't being used by your body. But lipid-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D E and K) would get stored and an excess could lead to a myriad of problems. You won't have a problem if this is your first time taking so many pills, but in the future, read labels and take the correct dosage.
Take no more than 2 multi-vitamin tablets per day.
Good luck.

Yes, it is. Your system needs a balance of minerals, vitamins, electrolytes, and so on. If you tip the balance, you can get really sick really fast.
Why would you do something that ... hm ... unusual?

Any good counseled individual would not consume or purchase non-organic and organic bio-engineered (GMO) corn, no longer purely for the end result on your well being, yet for the well being of the planet, different vegetation and civilization. the final public of corn in the U. S. is bio-engineered, and that's one reason it is so undesirable to consume meat (as though there have been no longer adequate motives already), eighty% of that corn is fed to livestock. So tell all your friends, do no longer consume non-organic and organic corn. Boycott Monsanto! (i'd define their crimes against humanity, yet i don't have all day, so if it is information to you, google it and get counseled). and of course the expertise is in that corn syrup is poor for on your well being. Sheesh, why won't the FDA do their activity? Now that all of us know how poor it somewhat is, and seventy 5% of folk won't purchase it, the makers of it are petitioning the FDA to alter the call, so as that they are able to proceed to fool human beings into delivering their funds for yet another risky nutrition. How unethical. i do no longer purchase corn oil anymore, it on the risky record, too. i in my opinion think of that sprouted corn could be the thank you to circulate. I many times purchase those sprouted corn backyard of Eatin tortillas, they are lots extra useful than (even the organic and organic) corn meal tortillas. They fee a minimum of two times as lots however (the sprouted corn ones), they flavor two times as reliable. i like corn, corn on the cob, and corn as a grain, cornbread yum. It completely concurs with me. yet i'm going to purely consume organic and organic. tell all your friends, that is totally uncool to purchase non-organic and organic corn, chips, popcorn, or any frankenfoods, somewhat. If we gained't at present end the poisoning of the planet, the farmworkers, the youngsters and ourselves, we are able to a minimum of end procuring it.

Not at all. Hopefully they were not 6 different multivitamins because that would be bad. One multivitamin a day is enough.
