Well it is obviously a bunch of short (2-3 seconds) clips of hesitation from many different parts of different speeches edited together.

It's got to be real. I agree it is edited, but you notice he's wearing the same suit and tie, and the caption on the screen is consistent, too.
Face it; the boy is the most inarticulate political leader of all time-- WORLDWIDE!!!!!!!!!!

If something wasn't subconsiously telling you that its a scam... you wouldn't ask.

ROFLMAO......well....I CAN believe it, but it's probably not true, but with this bonehead, it's hard to say. Sorry I can't be more conclusive than this. Just giving you my opinion.
