I think ethics are rules and standards set by society, and morals have more to do with your integrity and God. What do you think?

Morals are about what is right and wrong.
Ethics are about what is acceptable or unacceptable behaviour within a specific group. For instance lawyers often do things that are immoral--such as defending someone they know is guilty--but acceptable, or even required, by the ethics of their profession.

Morals are your personal standards and what you are willing to do. Ethics are the overall standards that everyone is expected to except and that society views as "acceptable".

Ethics is 'theory'... morality is 'practice'. In other words, your 'ethics' defines the standards by which you intend to conduct yourself... your 'morality' is a measure of how well you succeed at that.
