That is a programmable feature set with the dealers scanner (DRBIII). If someone bought one from the dealer I work for, we'll reprogram it free as it is a quick and simple operation. I don't know about your dealer, though.

Ask a local dealership, they shouldn't ask for too much if they charge you.

Usually all you have to do is hit the lock button twice. Once to lock, and the second time the horn should blow.

i know on my ford if i hit it once it locks if i hit it again then the horn blows. if you hit it again it will be like an alarm and blow repeatedlly
