This might sound politically incorrect and stupidly simple but here's what you do:

Just don't give a fcuk about anything. Let everything go. Hold no possession, need, dependency, and hope for mankind.

Start over with a clean state of mind, like a child would carrying no old wounds.

1) Be sweet to yourself: rest enough, eat good food (lots of water, fruit and veggies), exercise, like the lady says, take "recreational" baths and showers, get fresh air and sunlight

2) Read biographies of successful and happy people (they have their struggles, too!)

3) Achieve something every day that you can commend yourself for, even if it's just making the bed or washing the dishes

4) Make someone else smile, or have a plan to that effect

5) Read or listen to motivational and spiritual messages (Bible is good)

6) List three things to be thankful for, every few hours

7) Pass out smiles, hugs and compliments at every opportunity (as Winston Churchill said, "It costs nothing to grin.")

8) Remember we're here for ya! grin God loves you - made you, saved you, and is preparing a place for you where He is.

Start "acting liek a happy person"

sounds dumb but it works.....put off the vibe that your happy motivated and healthy and eventually you will start to feel that way naturally

Depends on what's stressing you. If you feel overworked, go take a break. A vacation might help.

Go shopping, eat chocolate, dance, sing etc....and if all else fails PROZAC works miracles...go see your doctor!!
