Geez, you aren't the sharpest chip off the block are you?
Take the meat
put it into a hot pan (careful don't put your hand on it because it will be hot)
stir it around (take a stick and move stuff in pan around)
When meat is done cooking, take a strainer (thingy with holes on it) and drain the grease that came from cooking the meat.
Do you remember cooking the meat? Thats when you put your meat in a hot pan. Hopefully you didn't put your hand in the pan. The sizzle is the meat cooking. Now this might seem like magic to you but suddenly there is this greasy liquid (if you don't know what liquid is then you need a dictionary) that will appear. I know, I know its cool but its not magic so don't stick your hand in the pan. That is what you need to drain.
Now you can serve your family some ground meat for dinner. I bet they will love it as long as you don't put your hand in the pan.
MMMMMMM, ground meat.

After you cook ground beef, there will be lots of oil and excess water in with the meat. Tip the pan gently to let this liquid drain. You can tip it over a jar or into the sink. Be careful to keep the meat in the pan, and just let the liquid out.
Viola! Drained ground beef.

After cooking your ground meat there is alot of fat that comes of the meat. Use a strainer to drain all the fat out so you are just left with the ground meat. Hope this helps.

Drain the ground meat after it's cooked means you have to remove all the grease sauce out of the pan. Good luck!

Drain the fat/grease out of the meat. Use the pan and the lid to drain it without dumping the meat all over the place.
Drain it into a cup or bowl or something- don't put it down the sink/disposer.

After you fry up the ground beef, there will be grease that needs to be drained. When the meat is done, you pour the excess fat down the drain.. Be sure to run hot water while you drain the meat, to facilitate it's going down the drain and not forming big lumps in your pipes.

Put a screen over the skillet and pour the grease from the pan into an empty coffee can. Drain means to drain the fat or juices from the meat in the skillet.

The meat will create some grease when you cook it - put it into a colander, just like pasta to drain the grease then back in the pan

Put the lid to the side and carefully drain out the water/grease into the sink. Becarefull!!!!!!!!! The steam will come up and burn you. Maneuver carefully. Don't forget to rinse the drained liquid with hot, hot water so it doesn't clog.
Or. Use a large strainer placed in the sink...dump the meat into it.
