Does anyone know the major differences (if any) between 2003 MS Office Standard Edition and the Edition for students and teachers?

Can someone borrow a CD software and download it to their computer and use the product key also?

Thanks

Both have Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Student/Teacher has One Note, while the plain standard edition has Outloo. Those are the differences. You must be able to prove you are a teacher or student to buy the student/teacher edition.

No you are legally not supposed to do that, that license is for only one computer.
