just make sure you sit up straight when you sit down. If sick out ur chest and pull ur shoulders back, u should have good posture. I'm working on it too. if that doesn't work try sleeping in aback brace. My cousin broke his collar bone and had to wear one and he doesn't slouch at all when he sits. It still amazes me.

Upper body workouts. If you don't have access to a gym, try lying down on the floor with a book or a bottle of soda in each hand. 3 moves: 1) arms outstretched, then slowly bring them together over your face and slowly back down, ten times; 2) same thing, starting with arms at your side; 3) same thing, starting with arms over your head (but on the floor) After that, you will naturally stand "chest out." i read that when your sitting down at work, computer where ever it is.

sitting on an exercise ball improbes your posture and is more comfortable than a chair most of the time

I find when I get into the exercise habit of walking - I stand straighter (shoulders back, etc.)
