Hon, you are underweight! You figure 5 feet = 100 pounds, and 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet for girls. So, you really should weigh 115-120 pounds.
However, if you really think you are fat, have your parents take you to a doctor and talk to the doctor about your weight, weight-loss issues and what you think your body looks like. Don't do the fad diets, they don't work. Don't starve yourself, that's just a ticket to an early grave.

At 5'4" and 110 pounds, you are at 19% body fat. That is at the BOTTOM of normal weight range. You may not like the way the weight is distributed, or may be un-toned, which makes you FEEL fat.
1] don't eat fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food. No soda, chips, sweets.
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day.
3] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day
TONING:
4] do at least 30 minutes of cardio three to six days a week
5] do 3 sets each of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches every day

I am 11 , 5 ' 2 and I am about 112 pounds. I am in shape and not fat. I don`t get what you mean.

I bet you look fine you don't need to worry about dieting yet. Give yourself time to grow into your own body. You probably still have what they call baby fat don't worry bout it. I would just get out and have fun with my friends. If there is people that tell your fat you don't need them as friends. They are probably jealous of you look at it that way.

OMG i am 12 i weigh 106 pounds but i did a lot of crunches and ran out side for like 2 hours and a lost 5 pounds in 2 days!!!

your BMI is healthy and that is all that matters. instead of trying to lose weight, try to get more muscle by playing a sport or joining a swim or track team. and you never know, while doing that, you could lose weight if your body has excess....

dont compare yourself to the dumb girls on tv.... your 12. you shouldnt even be worrying about stuff like that. If you really think you need to loose wieght though, you should do it in a healthy way excersise and diet. no soda, chips,, and fried food.
