I've been holding my tongue on this as I watch many atheists and monotheists argue about the existence of God. Well I'll say it now, There Are Gods and Goddesses (not just one), all of which are not heterosexual.

Until they experience one, they'll claim there is only one silent one or no god at all....and that's okay.

I was an atheist before I was...informed.

Indeed, they do. Just as one single energy does many different things (electricity runs your toaster, your a/c your fan, etc. all the while remaining as electricity) in a similar way, the one primal source of energy BRAHMAN, is represented in various manners and forms. Hence there are 'GODS' for everything. Its up to you to believe or disbelieve. Your opinion cannot change what the mighty Rishi ( or seers) have documented. This is what the Vedic religion of the Hindus is. From this one religion, so many have sprouted - again like one source of energy transforming into many, yet remaining one.

The Gods are real. I even have met Them, and that they have shown their actuality to me in many methods, some fairly marvelous. (My adventure is many times with the Goddess and the Horned God of Wicca, of their countless aspects.) Are the Gods actual beings? No, of course no longer. actuality is extra effective than in ordinary terms the actual measurement. actuality incorporates many religious dimensions that we are able to get admission to by way of the internal doorway of our expertise. it somewhat is the place the Gods stay. they are able to and do work together with us, and additionally with the actual airplane. yet they don't have actual bodies in the comparable way that human beings do. The solar God is a private deity, a divine entity it somewhat is attached with the solar. you should assert that the solar is his physique, yet that is oversimplifying it. in addition with the Moon Goddess. there's a divine expertise and psychic potential linked with the Moon, and that's the Goddess. that's what we connect with, by way of prayer and meditation and formality, and so on. yet Her expertise isn't a actual ingredient, purely as my expertise isn't a actual ingredient. The actual airplane or measurement of existence is an expression of alternative, deeper, extra religious layers of actuality. And gaining knowledge of to get admission to those different stages, and the divine Beings that stay there, is a huge area of what Wicca and Paganism are all approximately. possibly what the question is somewhat asking isn't with regard to the Gods themselves, yet with regard to the myths and lore linked with the Gods: and particular, lots of it somewhat is metaphorical certainty, no longer literal certainty. however the Gods themselves are no longer purely "metaphors." they are real divine persons that we are able to love and worship, and domesticate an intimate relationship with. .
