I don't know how it happened. I've had like one violation notice in the last week, and that was two days ago.

I got a violation notice once for asking what I thought was a simple "on topic" Men's health question.. "do you have a name for your little buddy" .. and I think it is pretty innocuous considering the questions that legitimately arise in men's health.. so then I did a search and found 10 or more similar questions that had not been ~ pulled... so I conclude ... that there is neither rhyme nor reason in the logic... Can you lodge an appeal to the High Court... I think you may have grounds on the basis of recrimination ... lol

Yahoo deleted one level 3 account on its second violaition. I was on my way to level 4. I never posted pornographic material. I never cursed.
They're not very consistent.

if could be just a glitch in the system, I lost mine a couple of months ago, and it came back up in a couple of days,
I know which I was the happiest about, losing it and getting to take some time off, or getting it back.
did they send you a notice.?
