Usually the problem is the other way round. One does not see the wood for the trees!
Probably you are too far and seeing the wood and not the trees.

Go out your front door. Take about 5 steps foreward. Look around you, and theres a good chance you'll see a tree.

Unless you live in a desert or frozen wasteland, or on a boat far out to sea, just look around. You should see a tree sooner or later.
