How much weight could i lose if i don't eat for a whole week. Like, im going on a liquid diet and i wanna try it for a week to see if it will work. How much weight would i lose? Please dont tell me its not healthy and stuff because thats not the question. Thanks!!!

If your not gonna eat food then eat healthy smoothies and juices and water and tea with no sugar or corn syrup in them. That's called a detox but you will also lose weight. People do them not to lose weight though, but to clean out their systems. You will probably lose a lot if you are over weight but when you start eating again you will gain it all back faster than you lost it and then some.

Not very much, maybe 2 lbs. But if you don't eat for a REALLY long time, you could get big and fat like those African kids! Those dudes really know how to sport a beer belly.
