most believers are not high school dropouts and id argue that most atheists have a PhD. But that is irrelevant anyway the question you should be asking is why argue about it in the first place. I don't care what anybody believes as long as they don't push it on me or try to use it as an excuse to **** with me

I

You May be more correct to say most high dropouts are
believers and most PhDs are atheists, but I don't know if even that would be true.

And no, it is NOT the same thing you said.

Most atheists don't have PhD's, and most believers aren't high school dropouts. Your overexaggeration for the differences of intelligences between believers and nonbelievers is nothing short of lying.

The point of arguing (or simply having a debate) can either be to learn from the other side, but more likely to teach the other side.

Atheist

You have it wrong.
I am a believer. I have 2 Master's Degrees and 2 Educational Specialist's Degrees.

You need to provide some statistics for your false allegations. You are merely giving your opinion, which is totally incorrect.

Your question is totally illogical. If you feel this way, than you would not "argue." No one can argue here, anyway. We just ask and answer questions.
There IS no back and forth debate.

You need to back up your claim that most atheists are PhD's.
We'll be waiting for a link.

Not all believers are idiots (though it's easy to forget that reading some of their questions and answers here). Not all atheists are smart (you're living proof of that).

You really don't help anything by being insulting, especially when you're arguing from false premises. Not that I think you're actually interested in honest discussion in the first place.

Though I do find it odd to see the faithful asking for evidence here. I wonder if any of them are the same ones who refuse to offer any evidence for their own beliefs...

Does a PhD from Liberty University count?

You really think a whole lot more of a PhD than I do LOL

If they had a Master's in engineering, then I might have some admiration for them,

I do not waste my breath arguing, I have asthma.

If you really generalize globally, the chances are you are correct. Think of all the poverty stricken and uneducated Catholics in South America, or the millions of Hindus and Muslims who are illiterate. Not to mentions millions of tribal believers in Africa. I think many of your answerer's are taking this too personally and giving you a somewhat knee jerk reaction.

Christians are not the only 'believers' on the planet, a fact which they continually forget.

CFR.

Don't make such statements if you can't back them up. Especially the improbability of most atheists having earned a PhD.

Why are like all of our senators and congress men and women college grads, yet i don't know one that has admitted to being a non-believer. It just doesn't make sense since like 70 percent or so of college grads atheist, even if they don't like the term "atheist." It just doesn't make sense. 70% of our leaders in gov. are atheist but they won't admit it cause they wouldn't get the highschool drop out demographic.
