I think it is up to the individual. I am Catholic but plan on being cremated. My thinking is there is just so much land available to bury , so why not be cremated and scatter your ashes in your favorite place. I know that some people need a resting place to grieve over , but it just seems senseless to me to bury. Build parks and playgrounds.

Cremated. No-body seems to think about the matter of space. What the hell's going to happen when the graveyards get full? And have you seen those sunken graves, when the ground shifts and sinks and the stones break open?
Cremation is the way forward. Unless we could use corpses as a fuel scource? Find a way to quickly turn them to oil?

Cremated personally. The last thing we need is for more land to be taken up for a bunch of dead bodies. Cremation is cleaner.

It's their choice. Each person should have the right to choose what happens to something so personal as their body. It's a matter of respect to those who have gone.
Personally cremation for me. I know I would be dead but I am absolutely terrified of worms so I never want to be worm-food. And staying in a box for all eternity isn't for me; scatter my ashes so I can travel on the wind!

It should be the choice of the dead one. But In the future I think everyone will have to be burned because we will run out of space. Id rather be cremated anyway, then spread somewhere beautiful

Whatever. Personally, I wish to be cremated. I can't see the sense taking up a plot of land when I'm dead.

I think it depends on the person's wishes - I wish to be cremated.
Burial plots are running out anyway so in an effort to be 'green' cremation is the way forward.

Their choice. Personally, I will be cremated. Whole lot cheaper and less trouble for your survivors. Your body will turn to dust either way. One in a few minutes and the other in a few hundred years.

I think they should choose whether they want to be cremated or buried, then taken care of accordingly.

Personal preference...though I think it's more practical to be cremated for a multitude of reasons.
