Yeah, you need to get some thin felt padding, remove the back panel , stick some felt between metal pieces near and around the speakers....(you may have to remove some metal flanges/brackets to get the felt under it, just stuffing it under won't work so well)

Then snug up all screws too...don't OVERTORQUE, just turn until they stop...some can loosen as the Tv settles in....

Do the same with the back panel....do NOT strip the holes out, you may cause MORE vibration....

I suggest felt-padding it first, tighten inside screws second, then power it up and have the volume set for 35....listen to it for some time to make sure you didn't miss any metal to metal contact points....If it doesn't vibrate, then it's ready for the back panel.....

You can get Felt buttons and felt padding at any LOWES or Lumber yard....just ask for them.

OR you can call a TV Tech and know it's done properly....especially a Samsung Authorized Service Center...

The speakers in TV sets are generally feeble at best. You have two options:

1) Don't turn the volume above 35.
2) Buy a set of home theatre speakers. If you get something decent (Kef, Mission, B&W, Tannoy, etc.) the only vibrations will be coming up from the floor!
