I don't know if I have one favourite. I love so many, including yours, and the first answerer's. But here it goes.
Amazing Grace, because it gets me back to the basics. It is by His grace that we are saved, and that we make it through everyday. And that last verse is my blessed hope.
I'll Fly Away, someone said this, but I love this because it reminds me of my blessed hope. And it is one of my favourites to sing in church.
Little is Much, The lyrics are so uplifting. It shows us what we are to be doing while here on earth.
How Great Thou Art, once again, it just brings you back to the basics of who God is, and what He is worthy of.
Power in the Blood, this song reminds me of how wonderful the blood of Jesus is.
This is a shortened list, there are so many more songs that I love, that I could add. Then you would be reading my answer for day so I'll spare you. Love your questions Beth, God Bless.

The gaither vocal band doing this song..."I beleive in a Hill Called Mt Calvary"
I believe that the Christ
Who was slain on the cross
Has the power to change lives today
For He changed me completely
A new life is mine
And that is why by the cross
I will stay
I believe in a hill called mount calvary
I believe whatever the cost
And when time has surrendered
And earth is no more
I'll still cling to the old rugged cross

lol I don't know any hymns. I do know some Christian pop/rock. My favorite song is Dancing Generation. I like it because it's not the traditional song. I went to a Jr. High Christian conference, and we were all singing and dancing everwhere. I don't get why people ususally only sing for God... why not dance too?

"Nearer My God To Thee." It always reminds me of the courageous members of the Titanic's little string orchestra who stood outside on the deck as the water began to rise around them, playing that hymn to the very end. I can't hear that hymn without losing it.

Swing Low Sweet Chariot, and Amazing Grace
Both songs show that their is a true benefit for the belief that God is always there and watching you, Amazing Grace for the grace that God showed when he forgave us of our sins and Swing Low because I know when I die the Lord will be waiting for me when I go home.

Chorale "Jesu bleibet meine Freude" (English "Jesu, joy of man's desiring,") by Johann Sebastian Bach & Johann Schop
There is something about this piece I find beautiful beyond words.
Jesu, joy of man's desiring,
Holy Wisdom, Love most bright;
Drawn by Thee, our souls, aspiring,
Soar to uncreated light.
Word of God, our flesh that fashion'd,
With the fire of life impassion'd,
Striving still to truth unknown,
Soaring, dying, round Thy throne.
Through the way where hope is guiding,
Hark, what peaceful music rings!
Where the flock, in Thee confiding,
Drink of joy from deathless springs.
Theirs is beauty's fairest pleasure;
Theirs is wisdom's holiest treasure.
Thou dost ever lead Thine own
In the love of joys unknown.

Mine is "Standing on the Promises". Just reminds me of being in church with my grandma singing next to me, and she'd always make her voice go up when some of the others went down, and I could hear it so clearly! I can still hear it, when I think about it.
