Yes. The PC does everything the Mac does, but not visa versa.

Photoshop projects, definitely. InDesign...I haven't worked with it, but if there's a Windows version of it, that'll transfer just fine as well. They're the exact same formats whether they were created on a PC, a Mac, or...um...a...toaster that you hacked to run WINE under Linux.

I own a Mac G5 PowerPC, and is equipped with all the Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc...), and from my experiance, I can transfer any project I've done on a mac to both my friend's and brother's PCs. From my understanding, I know that as long as the native files are universally readable (as in ".psd", ".ai", etc) than it should be fine.

To note, the files that end in ".dmg" are only readable in Mac formats, and ".exe" are only for PC formats. However, all the most common file names (which are used for creating projects in Adobe, Microsoft, and any other well-known programs) can be used in both Mac and PCs.

I know, from my experiance, that I have to format my external hard drive to be both Mac and PC compatible, so I can store my files from the Macs from school to any available PC. That way I can transfer files from both formats as well as open them in whatever computer I use.

So in short, yes.

As long as the program has both Mac and PC versions, the files it creates should be editable on either platform.
