OK Josh Here is the ultimate pork chop recipe. MY OWN
Put the pork chops in a fry pan with a little bit of olive oil ( 3 table spoons)
Fry them until almost cooked (slightly brown). Transfer them to a baking dish,
Slice some onions (if you like onions) use onion powder if you don't.
Add some sliced tomatoes ( very healthy for men)
Open two cans of Cream of chicken soup, mix them together with 1 cup water stirring well.
Add to the pork chops, you can add an oxo cube if you like to color the gravy brown.
Put in the oven at 400 for about 3/4 of an hour. serve with mashed potatoes. YUMMY!

I make this all the time.
Braised Pork Chops
Rinse pork chops in water and dredge them on both sides in flour (seasoned with salt and pepper).
In a saute pan heat some butter and some vegetable oil (the oil will keep the butter from burning)
When the butter starts to bubble, put in the pork chops - cook them slowly until they are brown on both sides.
Add about a cup of hot beef or vegetable broth (I've even used chicken broth and it works well.) Cover the pan and continue to cook until the pork chops are fork tender.
In the meantime make mashed potatoes, or couscous (also with the broth.) When the pork chops are done you will have a nice pan gravy that you can pour over the potatoes, or couscous.

I love this recipe & it is very simple! Trim fat from chops. Spread each side lightly with mustard. Coat each side with flour seasoned with a little salt & pepper. Brown in hot oil - then drain on paper towels. Put in casserole dish. Add 2 cans of Chicken with Rice Soup & 1 can water. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.

Personally I lime them simply grilled but if you like a marinade try this
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 bayleaf
1 tablespoon white wine
sprinkling of paprika
1 teaspoon dried sage
Mix well and marinade the chops well, turning to ensure even coating. Grill, using any left over marinade as a baste.

I don't eat pork, but I used to before I converted to Islam. You can clean them, then soak them in a marinade of your choice, and then grill or bake tem until they are done. Barbecue Sauce works okay, baked or grilled. My dad puts pepper vinegar and then grills them.
