A) Guidelines are not rules. They are suggestions. You can't punish someone by breaking a guideline.
B) Why would a sane person come here expecting to read only things they agree with?
C) Reporting=Censorship=Tattling
I don't report people. I don't block people. In the words of the creators of South Park, "Either it's all OK or none of it is."
