Can i get a id in a differnt county if i dont have a warrant in that county

Yes, you can get your ID in either county. You will also be arrested for your warrant in either county. Counties with in a state almost always share that kind of information. That information is often shared amongst the states as well.

Here's an idea: Be an adult and deal with your warrant instead of being a fugitive from justice. I would turn in my own kids for a warrant. Crime must not pay.

Most DMV/DPS offices share warrant information. Your best bet would be to go ahead and take care of that situation, and then you wouldn't have to worry about it. I totally understand your concern, but you will eventually get caught anyway.
