My parakeets hate comeing out of his cage or interacting with people he was happy at first then he got mad and started biteing and stuff

Your parakeet finds his cage to be his "safety zone" thats his house and shouldnt we all feel safest in our house. Ive got many different types of birds and no matter how well socialized they are and how well hand tamed they are if they are done being held and we continue to hold they let us know. Was he actually biting to be mean or was he biting because someone wasnt holding him correctly or did he use his beak as a "hand" to step up. I went 3 months without holding any of my parakeets (i know shame on me but we have been busy) and recently took them out. And only ONE bit. And she bit my stepdaughter she didnt bite anyone else it could be a "preference" thing to. After all no animals like my SD..lol

At this point there is little you can do. The bird should have been finger trained and socialized when young.
