I am 38 & & have never worn glasses due to good eyesight.Of late I've been experiencing a little blur in my eyes. This happens mostly after I'm staring at my pc (old) monitor for a long time or looking at the light.I'm not able to refocus immeditely or read a book until i close my eyes for a while.Sometimes when I wake up after sleep I'm unable to focus & read for sometime.Ofcourse in general I've been experiencing a little strain reading smaller letters. Is this focus problem a deficiency or do I need glasses.Overall looking at bright objects or screens are begining to pose a problem.

Somewhere between the ages of 35 and 45 almost everybody starts to need reading glasses -- its a normal part of aging.

Time for an eye exam!
