No there really isn't unless you go to the vet. If the sneezing doesn't clear up then you should see a vet. A lot of kittens are prone to get upper respiratory infections and it can be treated with antibiotics.

The only thing you should be giving him is a trip to the vets. New kittens should have this anyway - doubly important if they appear ill.
Sneezing in cats is a worry, it's usually a sign of respiratory compromise - and I don't just mean 'a cold' - this is a minor condition that humans get, cats suffer worse. It's especially worrisome in kittens as there's a risk this could be early signs of a serious virus like cat flu or FIP.
So don't wait! Go to the vets to find out what's wrong. NEVER try to self-medicate an animal - you need to know what's wrong with it before it can be treated, and you can't give animals human medication, especially young kittens.

The sneezing may be due to allegies or to a infection (upper respiratory infection). The first sign of this infection is sneezing. Watch your kitten for red, watery eyes, tiredness, or loss of appetite... I don't know of anything you can give the kitten other than an antibotic from a vet.. if it is determined the kitten has a URI... take to the vet as soon as possible.. it can be fatal if left untreated.

With a kitten you need to call the vet and ask. I use Benedryl according to weight but check on the age.

If he's sneezing then he is probably sick which means you need to take him to the vet. Don't give him anything over the counter, you could actually make it worse or even kill him.

hmm, I would ask a vet this one. It could be allergies or she could be ill. Cats don't react well to human medication, so I don't recommend giving her anything. Better safe than sorry, good luck!
