Every team in the English Premiership has been relegated at some point in their history. However as you have posted this in the Scottish section I'd be more than happy to also tell you which Scottish teams have never faced relegation - Celtic, Rangers & Aberdeen. Aberdeen actually finished bottom one year but escaped relegation on a technicality. I hope I have been of some assistance to you.

Out of the clubs in the Premiership, Reading and Wigan are the only clubs, seeing as this is their first spells in the top division.
Every other club currently in the Premiership have been relegated from the top flight, including Arsenal (1900s), Man Utd (1970s), Liverpool (1950s)and Everton (1950s).

I take it you refer to the English premiership, as both the FA and the premier league will not allow Celtic and Rangers into the set up. This being that in 5 years with the monies we would have and the teams we would have, English teams would be fighting it out for 3rd & 4th.
The answer is Arsenal, which is why they have the alternative nickname of "The Aristocrats" as they have never been relegated to the lower echelons

The premiership has only been about since 1992. Therefore the answer to your question is Man U, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, Everton and Aston Villa.

Man Utd... I think They started off and then just kept getting promoted but never relegated... COME ON GLENTORAN we were unluky yesterday if Elliott Morris (1st choice keeper) hadn't have broken his jaw we would have done far better...
