make Cheesy Crab Melts
Combine:
8 oz crab meat (diced or flaked, if not canned)
1 stick melted butter
2 T mayonaisse
1 jar Old English cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Spread on quartered English muffin pieces and broil until golden (can also be frozen before baking). This is a great snack or appetizer - I always get requests for the recipe when I make it.

Make anything "oscar" style. Like a filet--you put asparagus, crab, and a creamy sauce on top. You could also do this with chicken or fish. (Just Google Oscar recipes!) Or, stuff something fun--like shrimp or oysters. Lucky you! I wish I had lump crab meat for dinner tonight!

Add it to maccarone and cheese; add it to a tossed salad; add some chopped onions and chopped celery to it along with a bit of mayonaise and put it on crackers with tomato wedges on top for decoration as an hord'uerve; add it to noodles or to any of those boxed rice or noodle vegetable dishes; add it to soup like New England Clam Chowder for extra flavor. Take your pick.
